① chelators via coordination chemistry
○ 일반적으로 surface chemistry의 디자인이 잘 되면 잘 할 수 있음
○ 단점 1. physicochemical properties를 바꿈
○ 단점 2. detachment of radiometal
② direct bombardment
○ 장점 : radiochemical stability를 높임
○ 단점 : possible damage to nanocomponent caused by the proton beams
③ mixture of radioactive and nonradioactive precursors
○ 장점 : radiochemical stability를 높임
○ 단점 : harsh synthetic condition
④ chelator-free postsynthetic radiolabeling
○ 단점 : 아직 연구가 많이 돼 있지 않음
